The ladies working the desk were wonderful! So helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and always smiling and greeting us as we came and went during our stay. Excellent location, near the buses which were around the corner, but not too close! Very attractive and clean room, comfortable bed with choice of pillows. The manager/owner was so fun to talk with. We will stay here again if our travels bring us back to Shkoder.

Very nice building with beautiful interior too. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. On the downside, the appliances are not well kept. Shower, tv, tiles, etc are broken. Easy 4* nonetheless.
