Mount William Station

We had a terrific stay at Mt William. Half the fun was just getting there. The authenticity of the station was what won us. Rooms were lovingly restored and super comfortable. And the communal dining opportunity a highlight, getting to meet other travellers. Food was excellent. Very warmly welcomed too.

Our third visit to Mount William Station and it just keeps getting better! This place has truly become a special retreat for our family. The setting is breathtaking, and there’s something magical about waking up to the wide-open landscapes and fresh country air. It’s perfect for kids—ours had the best time exploring, playing, and just being free. We even managed to squeeze in a family tennis match on the court, which has become a bit of a tradition now! The food is absolutely amazing—beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal feels like a treat. From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful little touches, Mount William Station never misses a beat. We’re already talking about visit number four!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mt William Station. All the staff, expertly led by Will and Nadia, were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. The service was first-class and the food was outstanding. The location was amazing with great riding across spectacular scenery.
