Rydges Gold Coast Airport

Stayed at Rydges Gold Coast Airport and couldn’t be more impressed! The hotel is modern, clean, and incredibly convenient being right next to the terminal. But what really stood out was the service—especially from Chris, the Food & Beverage Manager. Chris was absolutely amazing. He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked into the restaurant. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care for guests really elevated the whole experience. Whether it was a casual drink or a full meal, Chris went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel not just for the location, but for the outstanding hospitality. Thanks again, Chris—you made our stay memorable!

Such a great hotel! The loveliest staff in all departments. Everyone was so smiley and friendly, the best team I have seen in a long time. Amber the reservations manager was incredible! She was so beautifully presented with the most sincere smile that made us feel so welcome. She really made our stay and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Food and drinks downstairs were also fantastic! Highly recommend checking in the night before you fly and start your vacation early. Thank you to all the beautiful team at Rydges Gold Coast.

Have stayed here many times before so to be treated with the complete disrespect and regard is appalling . We checked in today 06/07/25 and have found the room was charged at the incorrect price. We have to pay $25 for parking which is a complete crock. At $368 per night the parking should be free. I refuse to pay such prices for a restaurant that they barely speak to you only to be told to order at the bar. We ate elsewhere. We go to shower and there is no hot water so it was cold showers for us both. Went to make coffee and cups are sticky and dirty. There is hair on the sink in the bathroom and the floor in the main area is dirty and sticky. Do not book here if you value your money and quality. Very disgusted
