3rd time we've stayed here and always have had an awesome stay. Patrick at reception is so polite and the consummate professional. He is such a welcoming person and a asset to the team at Quest. Love this place!
For the price, this hotel was a great deal. It’s simple, but has all the basics—clean bed, good shower, and helpful staff. No complaints.
I would not recommend!!! The bathrooms have mould all in the shower and around the basin drain. Carpet is worn and the noise is really bad being at a shopping centre. I didn't realise just how far away from Melbourne it actually is! Not exactly value for money.
