Ibis Styles Orange Hotel

Staff were absolutely amazing, very helpful, and kind. They bent over backwards to help us through a difficult time. From holding the room day after day as we were unsure as to what was happening. To helping us make sure my partner was comfortable after having a difficult time after surgery and then being readmitted to hospital not even 24hrs later. The room was very comfortable for what we needed and even had normal household items needed for everyday use.... the beds are massive and very comfortable (the best bed I've sleep in at a hotel). Even though the hotel is located on a major road it is very quiet and peaceful, you wouldn't realise the main road was there.... The restaurant was great value for money and the buffet on Saturday night is heavenly after having to eat take away for numerous days.... The breakfast bacon and egg rolls are absolutely beautiful and very filling but worth the $15 each.... I have the greatest appreciation for all the staff who work at the Ibis Styles in orange and would definitely being going back even if it is just for the weekend.... The reception ladies Kristy and Carron are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with, and Mitch, the owner, is a delight to deal with and should be very proud of the staff in his establishment. This hotel feels more like being at home than a hotel....

Room spacious all brand new. Bed way to hard for me. Clean well equipped. Quiet even though right on main road. Easy distance from town.

This previous Tuesday, my wife, child and I were eating at this establishment. The server was a kind young lady, however the food was absolutely horrendous. My wife ordered the chicken schnitzel and it was completely pink on the inside, I ordered the sirloin steak well done and it was barely even seared. Worst of all my child ordered the creamy chicken and it was entirely RAW. I believe the server said the working chefs name was Jamie. Unbelievable.
