Our stay was incredible from start to finish. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking. Reception staff were lovely and check in was quick. We had a superior double room on the fifth floor and the room was fantastic. Really roomy, beds and selection of pillows were comfy. Loved the bathroom with the extra mirror and rain shower head! We ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious and the service was quick. Our room was quiet overnight and breakfast was great! Once again check out was easy and quick. Hotel location was fantastic for us - right next to Penrith Panthers and within walking distance of fun activities for my son. Definitely one of the loveliest hotel stays we have ever had - will definitely be headed back!
During our 4 night stay, we had lunch at the cafe and enjoyed happy hour and room service several times. The reception staff greeted us with a welcome drink and were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable but we missed having a toaster, microwave and coffee mugs (tea cups are just too small). Breakfast was pricey when all you want is a bowl of microwaved rolled oats and a mug of coffee. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again.
Room was nice but I ordered room service at 6pm. After multiple calls I finally cancelled it at 830 only for it to finally arrive. At this point due to the wait I sent it away. It was offered to be comped and free breakfast was offered which I refused as I had lost faith. I usually stay for business trips but I will go elsewhere from now on.
