The Star Grand Hotel and Residences Sydney

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Check-in was quick, and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite. The suite itself was immaculate—featuring a large living room, three TVs, hi-tech toilets, and some of the most comfortable bedding we've experienced in a hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a relaxing and luxurious stay. We dined at the Harvest Buffet for both dinner and breakfast and were thoroughly impressed by the variety of food. The dinner buffet had an extensive selection, including Asian, Indian, Japanese, Italian, a seafood spread and wide selection of desserts. Breakfast was equally delightful, with fresh options to suit every palate. Our morning began with a refreshing visit to the open-air swimming pool. The area was clean and well-maintained, featuring two hot tubs that provided the perfect way to unwind and start the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service, excellent dining, and luxurious accommodations. We’ll definitely be returning!

Great experience at The Star Grand. Check-in was very efficient thanks to Viviene. She was most helpful & provided excellent service. Our room was spotless clean with amazing views over Darling Harbour. Could not be happier with our overall experience & would highly recommend. Breakfast in Harvest Buffet was also excellent. Looking forward to our next visit & thank you to The Star Grand for making our stay extra special.

I booked a Superior Suite on a deal for a business trip before checking out the reviews. I was a bit shocked at how bad so many reviews were. But my experience was excellent from beginning to end. The room was beautiful and clean, in room food service . I would stay again. Room was big enough for 1 or 2 nights. Very clean & comfortable. Location was good. Staff were very friendly. We had a lovely check in with a warm welcome! The staff were always so patient and kind to our three children. We will be staying again. Overall, The Star Grand Hotel has luxurious rooms and responsive room service, . For a hotel that aspires to 5-star standards. Highly recommend.
