I have been to this hotel for the last two years for the Vivid Sydney special event. The hotel is has a great location near Cicular Quay. I have received great service from the front desk, restaurant, room service, bellman, housekeeping. They have various room layouts and I did opt for a larger harbour view room on this stay. I ordered room service several times and it comes fast and everything is really perfect. I cant say enough. Whatever hour I call, very responsive staff. In the restaurant buffet you are welcomed and there is a huge offering. One of the gentleman working there even assisted my wife as he gave her a tour of where things could be found with the food choices. This staff goes out of their way for guests. They have a nice gym, and we did not use the spa on our trips as of yet. Plenty of food choices outside the hotel as well. I will be back!

I would give this hotel more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was immaculate, from the service, to the amenities, to the location. The staff were very professional and attentive. I arrived early after a long day of travel, my room wasn’t ready but they gave me access to the amenities, and made sure to get a room ready quickly. Check in wasn’t for hours, but they still put a rush on the room and got us in early. The hotel sent up a complementary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon and left a lovely hand written note. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the best sites and attractions. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed

You cannot beat the location. Quick easy access by train to/from the airport and wharf makes it easy to catch ferries or find excursions. For the price point, the hotel felt dated. It was my first Four Seasons stay, so maybe they’re all like this, but it felt more like a dated 4 star hotel. And overall the hotel has good service (people offering you waters and helping), but the check-in line took forever (30 minutes). Also, if you can, make sure to avoid getting a standard room - the rooms are very small and felt cramped next to your neighbors. The rooms themselves are comfortable and nice. The gym has a good amount of equipment, but for a hotel of that size, it needs to be bigger. Found it overly crowded in the mornings with waits for much of the dumbbells and machines. As far as the food, the breakfast buffet is a real winner. Great selection of all types of food. We also tried the hotel bar, Grain, the service there was amazing. The food and drinks were A+ It was an overall good experience but for the brand name and price, was expecting to be wowed and that wasn’t the case.
