Jacaranda Cottages

Loved the location and the house. Fantastic outdoor area and the view looking out from the deck and pool was gorgeous. Lots of areas for us to hang out together or to find some space alone to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some lovely meals and the rooms were well appointed. House was very dog friendly also which was a bonus for us. While the other accommodation on the property had guests you wouldn't have known - so quite and private. We didn't feel the need to leave the property over the weekend, apart from some lovely strolls along the quiet roads with our pets. Stopped for a lovely shop in Maleny on our way home, a perfect end to a really relaxing weekend.

For a 2 night getaway for 2 couples we booked the Cathedral for Sun/Mon nights. Was very quiet and relaxing sitting under the outside covered area. Lots of showers around cooled our sitting around the fire thoughts. As others have said below, clean, well laid out with everything you would need, contact-less booking in and leaving was a breeze. Only critiques is main bedroom plenty of room while second queen room was a bit tight with travel bags. Other thought was for the 3 single beds in the sleep out during the night if anyone wanted the toilet they would have to go through one of the bedrooms as only has ensuites. Will visit again.

Our family group stayed at the Jacaranda Cottages on this past weekend and wish to express our delight at this beautiful spot. My partner and I stayed in the Whipbird Cottage which was utterly delightful, with a massive spa bath and a rustic wood heater - not necessary on the perfect days of our stay during which we made great use of the pool and surrounds. Every comfort was afforded, the bed was comfortable and the Cottage clean and welcoming. The highlight for me was waking through the night and hearing the sounds of the surrounding forest. Bliss for a city dweller. Thank you for providing such a perfect environment for our weekend.
