This is an exquisite hotel. From the booking experience all the way to check out everything was fabulous. We spent Christmas here with our 1 year old. Unfortunately he was very sick on arrival and this hotel could not have done more to help us with everything that we needed. They collected us from the train, contacted doctors for us, dropped and collected us from the doctor. They do absolutely everything they can to help each and every guest. The hotel itself is spotless, the rooms so comfortable and spacious. The food is superb. The location and skiing are incredible. The attention to detail is so obvious here and all the staff and general atmosphere is fabulous. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be back. We love to travel and it would be very difficult to beat this hotel on every count. Thank you to all the staff who made Christmas so special for us in what could have been a very stressful trip but instead was a totally magical holiday.
Excellent hotel with everything you need offers foos throughout the day and everything is tasty .The pools are awesome and easy to access
We spend our ski vacations in this excellent hotel for many years. This year (2025) we were with the whole family. We put our 5-year-old child on skis. This Norika hotel combines all the best qualities for a vacation. Location - the center of the town. Ski bus - delivery to the ski lift. But the most important thing is to plunge into the Spa Thermes after skiing. I would like to separately note the chef's team. The food is at the highest level, starting from breakfast - afternoon snack - Dinner (!!!!). The variety of dishes and the range of snacks is amazing. The service is at the highest level. As for a family vacation, the combination of skiing and Spa Thermes is ideal. Lots of small children. We have been to different ski resorts in Europe and for us this vacation spot - the Norika Hotel in Bad Hofgastein deserves first place. Thank you for the vacation. Andrey. Ukraine. Krivoy Rog.
