It was such a comfortable and relaxing trip. This was my first time experiencing a Four Points by Sheraton hotel, and everything felt so clean and stylish. Panoramahaus Dornbirn was truly amazing. The surrounding scenery was beautiful, and the pool and spa facilities were especially outstanding. It’s always a delight to discover a hidden gem like this. Thanks to this place, I had a truly wonderful time. The town of Dornbirn itself was lovely, but the time I spent at the hotel became an even more special memory. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious. I hope to return someday when the weather is even better. Thank you so much!
The rooms were spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. The shower and room were really well maintained and had a bunch of amenities, including free coffee and tea. Great views aswell, as you can see by the video.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its breathtaking views and overall ambiance. The breakfast area stands out with its beautiful setup and decent variety-though I believe there's room to elevate the selection to match the overall standard of the property. One of the highlights for me was the impressive tea collection-an elegant touch that I truly appreciated. However, I must point out that the reception experience fell short of expectations. The check-in process lacked warmth, proper welcome, and basic information about local attractions. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us did not have accurate details regarding our booking and showed little enthusiasm throughout the interaction. As the reception is the first point of contact and sets the tone for the entire stay, I believe this is an area that urgently needs attention-either through training or staff replacement.
