Hotel Tirol is the best hotel we ever had in Austria. We really love it here…. The lounge with fireplace, the great food in the cosy restaurant, the beautiful rooms and wellnessfacilities ánd the very very friendly employees always give us the perfect holiday feeling!
Excellent holiday location helped all the way on my journey by the wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful at every opportunity.
Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is good with a lot of options. Waiting time for dinner is very long, portions are tiny and luke warm, you can tell plates been prepared earlier as some food looks dry. Rooms style varying, some of us have very dated rooms and some of us have very modern. SPA area is small, people are saving chairs for themselves by putting bag on them. Relaxing room is empty just bags left. Pool is small and water very, very cold. Uncomfortable, nothing relaxing. Summarise, hotel is expensive and definitely do not deliver comfort.
