Can’t beat the location and service. A hidden gem in this beautiful area. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Big shoutout to the entire staff, especially to Kristijan! There are so many wonderful things to say about the hotel, but if I had to give 6 stars, it would be the food. Incredible. The pictures attached to this post show how skilled the team is. And for the ones wondering: yes, the food tastes as good as it looks. For the kids however, we wish there was a bit more variation throughout the week, but at the end of the day, they’re kids enjoying their vacation too. The room we stayed in was a bit dated, but our other family members had modern rooms. There was no airconditioning in the room and during our stay it was exceptionally warm in the region, so we asked for a little fan, which the team immediately made happen. Thank you for accommodating these small requests, which made quite a positive impact on our stay, especially with the kids.

I was very satisfied in this hotel. Comfortable suites, beautiful SPA (saunas, indoor and outdoor pool), delicious food, nice staff and close to ski slopes (within walking distance in ski boots). Garages. Play rooms for your children. Hotel is eco and nature friendly. Really good was also afternoon snack in winter with a great choice. I cant say anything bad about this hotel, just thank you for an amazing stay!

A Great Stay with Wonderful Staff and Delicious Cocktails We had a lovely stay at the hotel, thanks in large part to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. A special shoutout to Kristijan and his amazing team — they truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and a highlight of our evenings! The food overall was tasty and well-prepared, although we felt the mealtimes for children could be more child-friendly. The current schedule seems more suited for adults, which can be a bit challenging when traveling with young kids. Our room was comfortable, but could benefit from a bit of a modern update. Nothing major, just some small touches that would make it feel fresher. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend the hotel — especially if you love good service and great drinks!
