My 5 stars are in fact 10 stars. We had a truly wonderful stay (5 nights with half board). Traveling with a baby, the hotel did everything to make our stay pleasant (free crib, room with a bathtub, high chair at the restaurant). Rooms are charming, very clean and comfortable, yet maintaining the traditional alpine vibe. Food was truly great - for dinner, one can always select from two meat, one fish and one vegetarian dishes. Pool is heated but the weather was not the best during our stay, so we did not utilize it fully. Free parking, playroom, playground, saunas, bike/ski room. The area is quiet yet close to supermarkets/gas station/other restaurants and shops in the village. River bank for walking/biking is 3min walk through a nearby bridge. The village is overall very nice and there is plenty of opportunities to spend time in the area, with kids or without. Staff was very friendly and professional. Can only recommend and we would love to come back!
Hotel Traube deserves the highest rating in every aspect! Both the accommodation conditions and the spa area with the outdoor pool meet the highest standards. The comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax. However, the absolute highlight is the dinners, which could easily compete with dishes served in restaurants aspiring to the highest quality. Every meal is meticulously prepared, and the flavors are sure to delight even the most demanding guests. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always eager to help, which further enhances the stay. We spent our winter holiday here and are very satisfied. A big thank you to the entire Traube team for a wonderful time – we will definitely be back!
This hotel is beautiful. It's clearly only recently opened so a few parts were yet to open (spa area) however what was open was stunning. There is a fully equipped gym with much more than most hotels offer. Breakfast was a wonderful spread. The hotel is also in a lovely little town with restaurants to choose from. They handled our group of 18 with ease
