Beautiful hotel set right on the mountain, surrounded by lush greenery and endless hiking trails. Perfect for outdoor lovers! The fresh air, peaceful atmosphere, and stunning views made it a true escape. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to share local tips. Can’t wait to come back!

We were impressed with the hotel from the moment we arrived: the staff are extremely friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful, so even when the place is full of families everything runs smoothly. For children it’s literally a paradise – play zones, activity/animation programs, and even a soft‑serve ice cream machine in the hotel lobby!!!:-))) The family rooms are spacious. A big bonus: drinks (soft drinks + beer) are included with lunch and dinner, so you don’t have to keep ordering beverages for the kids or pay extra for basic soft drinks. The food is varied and tasty, and if your children don’t fancy the daily menu they can always get a Wienerschnitzel, which almost every child appreciates;) For us that all adds up to a great location, a warm atmosphere, excellent food, practical kid‑friendly services and smart little touches (including drinks in the price), plus a great spa/wellness area. We highly recommend it!

I have little issues with the rooms, service, or location. The issues I have are: food and drinks. At breakfast, the coffee and fruit juices (which both come from a machine) are virtually undrinkable. The lunch buffet isn't great either. This needs to be looked at and improved. However what's really off-putting are the flies. They are really unhygienic and everywhere when you eat!
