Tannenhof Alpines Lifestyle Hotel

Everything ok. I missed a gym or Fitness room. Breakfast ok, not exeptional. Not Everything so fresh as we are used to. Very close to ski lift👍

We booked the hotel over Xmas expecting to experience an Austrian exquisite dinner as advertised online. Unfortunately we were desperately disappointed by the quality of the food. Infrastructure is rather nice, even though internet did not function correctly most of the time. Conveniently located close to the skiing lift. Food was good, though not same quality as some of the other hotels in the neighborhood. The real bummer, however, was staff: except for a few exceptions, like the Greek (!) ski repair person, staff was mostly unpleasant. In the restaurant, the lady serving dinner was very pushy and almost aggressive if she didn't manage to sell as expensive a wine as she thought necessary and complaints were formulated against the owners, who actually did nothing about it, choosing to deny the problem. The staff at the reception desk was worth mentioning too. When we wanted to book a massage in the beauty salon, she insisted that it should have been booked in advance of the trip to get the published price. If ordered during the trip, she claimed prices were higher. That kind of thing that gives one an unpleasant feeling. Therefore unfortunately not to be recommended.
