Top hotel and service! Literally front of ski slopes. Food amazing. Staff super. The only...little thing...in family suite the master bed is not double but two singles. Highly recommended for your ski vacations!

I have not stayed, I have only called to inquire about work and an email address to attach our CVs. And a French woman attended us, if I'm not mistaken it was Alice, and the truth is that she was an excellent human being, empathetic, friendly, respectful and very committed to helping. She is employed, she is committed and not only speaks German, English, French but she also surprised us by speaking Spanish. Thank you, may life give you the same as you give, woman.

All round AWFUL. EXTREMELY old fashioned, in need of a COMPLETE renovation. Disgusting outdated tiny spa that's in the basement so gets absolutely no ventilation and stinks PROFUSELY! & they do not fragrance anything throughout the entire hotel which smells really bad too as they do not have extractors in the kitchen, so that foul smell of pork & fish circulates throughout the entire hotel. The saunas & steams are not even scented either, no Aufguss. There's no real relaxation rooms in the spa, just a tiny narrow exit passage with 4 very old fashioned tacky metal recliners. The outdoor pool area is so small & claustrophobic, with no open spaces or fields of grass. Food is not good, breakfast is very poor, no fresh fruit juices & salmon is terribly stale & awful tasting. Hotel charges EXORBITANT transfer rates, yet guests get transported in a very old, dirty minibus that's not equipped with GPS or any other modern technology so the driver has difficulty & gets frustrated having to find your location & wastes plenty of time driving around the entire town looking for it! Terrible, rude & unobliging service from Katarina at reception.
