I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family, and honestly, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly—special thanks to Ralph for his exceptional hospitality. The location is fantastic, with many attractions nearby, especially if you have a car. The pool is excellent, and the hotel offers a range of great amenities, though I didn’t get the chance to try them all. One of the best features is that the bathrooms are equipped with a bidet spray —a detail that made our stay even more comfortable. There are just two minor points worth mentioning: the room didn’t have air conditioning, but the staff kindly provided a fan, which helped; and the breakfast could use a bit more variety. That said, these small issues don’t change my overall impression—I’m still giving a 5-star rating. I truly loved my stay and will definitely be coming back!
We stayed for 3 nights at Elements Resort Hotel in Zell am See. The check-in staff gave us a free upgrade which was a nice surprise. The room was clean. The bathroom had a spray bidet which is rare in European hotels and useful for us. Lighting in the bathroom could be improved. White light would be better. We did not use the pool, spa, or gym. The breakfast buffet was decent but nothing special. Most staff were friendly. One check-in staff member seemed a bit unprofessional but not rude. The check-out process was smooth. The website said check-out is at 10 AM but the staff told us it was actually 11 AM. They should fix the info in their official booking website. The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the PEZZ shopping mall which has a grocery store and café. Parking was split. Free spots next to the entrance were usually full. Paid underground parking had more space. The gate opens with your room key but the entrance is narrow. You also need to display a parking paper in your car. The hotel has no air conditioning. We were told it gets cold at night. But when I opened the windows, it did not feel cold as expected. According to the weather app, it should have felt colder. To this day, I don’t know why it felt warm. The hotel is not ideal for those who want to be in the center of Zell am See. It was not a problem for me because I had a car. The location was good for me because it is quiet, away from tourists, and near locals. I loved that I could hear birds chirping like a nature background video playing. I rarely hear that in European cities. It was my first time experiencing it. We would stay here again.
A pleasurable 4 night family stay for a skiing holiday. Rooms: Excellent, spacious rooms with a very well equipped kitchen although we were not there to cook. Bathrooms with both a separate bath and show unit...all very stylish, modern and functional. Service: 5 stars, very polite and welcoming staff...thanks for looking after us. Location: We had our car so did not have to walk anywhere and everything (supermarket, pizzeria, ski area) was pretty close by. Spa facilities: sauna, pool (heated year round), small gym all excellent. Special thanks to staff members Gabriel and Ivan who were always happy to help out. Would not hesitate to stay there again, thanks.
