Mercure Baku City

Our stay at the Mercure Hotel in Baku was excellent. The location is ideal — just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the city center, offering a quiet yet accessible base for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional, with special thanks to Mr. Yashar and Raul for their warm and attentive service. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight — varied, fresh, and delicious each morning. The rooms were very clean, stylish, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and modern atmosphere. Overall, everything was great. A very minor issue was the refrigerator being a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t detract from an otherwise flawless experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Baku!

I Had a great stay at Baku City Hotel. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always kind. They made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, and very comfortable. Room service was fast and the food was good. Everything felt well-organized and well-managed. Would definitely come back.

They were extremely polite, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience.
