What I liked: • Warm and professional staff: I arrived around noon and was pleasantly surprised to find my room ready. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. • Shuttle service availability: The hotel offers shuttle buses to the airport and select business locations, which is a valuable perk for business travelers. • High-quality service and cleanliness: The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the dining area was equally spotless, contributing to a very comfortable stay. • Business-friendly environment: With open spaces and professional ambiance, the hotel is well-suited for networking or hosting small business events. • Good value for money: The hotel strikes a nice balance between price and quality, offering solid amenities and comfort without an excessive cost. Stayed at the Brussels Courtyard for a conference in Brussels. Fantastic hotel and exemplary service for my stay! The location is quiet while the hotel offers services and facilities that exceeded expectations. Rooms were spacious and clean. The conference facilities were very nice. There is a nice bar / restaurant on property and a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel is approximately 45 minutes from city center by train.

We stayed for 5 nights to attend an event. The rooms were OK - the bed and linens were comfortable but the bathroom was dated. The hairdryer belongs in the 80s and the shower water was lukewarm at best which made it uncomfortable at times. We found that unless you left your room earlier in the morning, housekeeping would not service your room during the day. The food was OK as well, breakfast had a decent variety of options (pancakes were delicious) and the bar menu was adequate. Some staff were lovely and others were a bit disinterested, it was luck of the draw with who you got. The location was very close to the airport which was actually quite convenient in the end plus public transport options were nearby and very frequent. Overall the stay was fine, we wouldn’t necessarily rush to come back but if we needed something close to the airport it would be considered again.
