Myself and my partner came for a trip to Brussels for a long weekend.first trip ever! The staff were great and we had a pleasant stay, our room may needed updating but good for us for the weekend. Very clean and good cleaner everyday. Breakfast was so yummy and good! If we come again we deffo stay here again! We felt safe and in good hands
The Hotel's location was perfect, just steps from Schuman station and close to the city center, and the reception was very friendly. For a 4-star hotel, I have to say that the cleanliness wasn't great. The towels and sheets in the room didn't smell clean at all and to be honest, if I could, I wouldn't have even used those towels. Also, the bath curtain was dirty and full of stains, it was disgusting. The floor wasn't clean either; there was dust and even hair. It's a real shame, because the Hotel is very beautiful.
The room wasn't available at the agreed-upon time, and they made us wait an extra hour. The breakfast they prepare in a box in case you leave before the buffet opens consists of water, an apple, and two yogurts. There's no coffee or juice.
