Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

Genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the friendly staff. Modern and sleek design of the rooms but yet very cosy. The small gym was open even at 1am, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. They had lots of granola, fresh fruits, and baked goods to choose from. As a vegan, it was easy to find breakfast options. Also, beautiful breakfast area. (See picture below) Loved that shower and toilet were separated, and the beds were super comfortable, too. It's definitely a hotel I'd recommend to friends.

My recent one-night stay at the Pullman Brussels Midi was fantastic, especially since we had an early flight the next day. The location truly can't be beaten – it's right next to Brussels Midi station, which is super convenient for getting to the airport in about 30 minutes. What's great is that it's not just for quick transits; being so close to the inner-city train station also makes it really easy to hop over to Brussels' main attractions. As a Gold member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a superior room, which was a lovely touch before we left Brussels. The hotel also accommodated our early check-in, which was a huge help. Later in the evening, the staff went above and beyond by assisting us with heating the sauna room – little things like that really make a difference and show they care about their guests' comfort. The room itself was really spacious, and we were even given a top-floor room with an excellent view of the Brussels city skyline. Everything about our stay was just perfect, from the helpful staff to the comfortable room and prime location. I'd definitely recommend it whether you're just passing through or planning to explore the city.

Stayed here in June 2025 but forgot to post a review as a reminder for future guests- The room was clean and comfortable. It is advertised as an air-conditioned room but as a caution for future members, it's a centrally controlled system and the room does not go below 21 celsius which was sort of inconvenient in the June summer. However, the staff was cordial to accommodate with a portable fan and offer a free breakfast as a courtesy. Nevertheless, I do recommend the hotel to advertise the "air conditioning" system accordingly as this was misleading when we booked this stay.
