Hotel San is part of the Terme Laktaši complex, located at Karađorđeva 44 in the center of Laktaši, about 19 km from Banja Luka. Location – peaceful and surrounded by greenery, in the town center, close to restaurants and shops. In the morning there are birds songs and church bells. We use late check-out till 13 h. Breakfest was rich in variety of flavors. Originally built in 1982, the hotel was renovated in 2008 and further refurbished in 2015 to improve its appearance and functionality, and you can tell that it was a slow process. The thermal mineral water is known for its healing properties. The Terme facilities include an indoor and seasonal outdoor pool with thermal mineral water. The indoor pool is accessible from the hotel. The outdoor pool is not part of the hotel complex and, although there is a gate nearby, you need to go out to the main road to reach it. The good thing is that the pool is free of charge for hotel guests, but if you want to sun bathing you have to pay for sun loungers. Parking is free and convenient. Staff, particularly at the reception and restaurant, are professional, friendly and helpful.

Jacuzzi/hot tub is really dirty!!! I would not recommend using it at all or you’ll get caught up on some unknown bacteria. I hope that lazy people would do their job way better and it will grab hotels management attention. Sauna is just warm and not hot at all . Pool is decent . Rooms are clean butttt…it lacks of air refreshment. Sanitary inspection will never come to surprise them because owner probably has connections in government . Who knows try to check out everything before you spend your money here !
