Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. No English spoken but they make it work. Parking on adjacent shopping mall parking lot. Good for a night, not a holiday…
It is considered 4.5 stars hotel and really bad experience with receptionist. I ask for 1 cup to deliver to the room and they said they do not provide this service, a 4.5 stars hotel and they don’t provide proper room service for the guest? But then I use their application asking for toilet paper and the housekeeping came and she was kind enough to go back and get us the cup. But normally they do not do this kind of service as per receptionist. And also we arrived at 6am (normal check-in is 14:00) and the receptionist charged us for full day fee instead of half day fee for the room which I also find it ridiculous. But this receptionist guy was trying his best to give us a twin bed room for us which was very kind of him.
"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."
