It is what it is!!! It's not a sofisticated or fancy hotel, it definitely doesn't have a top cuisine, wines or different kinds of beer. If you're looking for a romantic hotel you're also at the wrong place. But it gets a 5 star rating because this hotel does very well what it is intended to do: you will have an all inclusive experience, including food and alcohol beverages, at a fair to low price. Don't come if you are expecting more. But if you are visiting with kids, a group of friends, you will love it. The staff (although a little under numbered) is very good, the staff at the pool will organize all sorts of games to integrate everyone. So don't expect great food and don't keep high expectations. But the price is fair and you will like it very much. Gets a 5 star because does what it is supposed to do. Do recommend for a short weekend or holiday with your kids or friends.
Good all inclusive Resort. It is very good for families with children but it could do a little more for toddlers. The food is ok. It doesn't vary much but there is always a really good option. The zip line and the "arvorismo" is great. The rooms are good but the bathroom is very small.
Although the pool was refreshing and nice, as someone who had done a lot of traveling … I have never experienced such disappointment. Upon arrival we were greeted and given a small tour of the property which was nice. After arriving in our room I noticed how dirty the room was and the condition of the amenities. The toilet seat was broken and the beds were highly uncomfortable. If you are someone like me who enjoys sleeping with the AC on and in total darkness, I suggest bringing your own blanket and an eye mask because the light for the AC at night shines the whole room. Also, the food was below standards. My entire family got food poisoning by day 2. I’m not sure about all the media used for marketing because the experience did not match the expectations.
