Hotel Atlântico Travel Copacabana

The hotel is average. The room was not very clean, and the noise level made it difficult to sleep. However, the breakfast was excellent, served buffet-style, so there's something for everyone. One important point to note is that the hotel does not assist with organizing transportation to and from the airport, which can be a significant inconvenience for tourists- area for improvement. Overall, the hotel provides basic amenities but lacks in key areas like room cleanliness and customer service. I'd rate it 3/5.

Really Tiny rooms, small beds, old bedding, personal not so polite, old elevators the breakfast is ok. it’s fine for a really short stay to save money. Perhaps it doesn’t have a beach view it’s really well located near restaurants and 2 blocks from the beach

It takes OVER 2 hours to check in. Instead of forming a normal line they randomly shout out names from printed paper. Have they already shouted your name before you arrive? Maybe, no one knows anything. The people who are called up then have to fill out a form which takes 5 minutes, a form they could have handed out to everyone as soon as they walk in to save time. I try to understand why anyone would create such a stupid system, maybe to try to sell water as you and 100 other people stand all crammed up in a 40 C room? Maybe sell chairs so you don't have to stand up? But no, it all seems to be created by someone with severe mental disability.
