Wyndham Garden São Paulo Convention Nortel

Had a great time :) The pool is very nice, also tried the sauna which was ok. The breakfast was really good. I think it’s a great value for price. The bed was confortable but the bathroom could be updated. Thank you Natalia at the check-in for your help!

I stayed here for a night. This hotel is well located, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are okay for the price. However, the customer service was not what I expected. I was issued a key card three times because my key did not work. After 45 minutes of waiting in the hallway, they finally sent someone to fix the lock mechanism. The same thing happened the next day: the key card did not work, and I had to wait 20 minutes to get inside my room.

I have mixed reviews about this hotel. The service at the check in was quite good (Thanks a lot for everything Caroline!) And the room was comfortable and big which is always good. But there were a few details that made my experience good but not excellent. The first, the gym was dreadful. One old beat up machine and a few dumbbells and that’s it. Two runners and a bike in acceptable state. I know it sounds like a silly thing but for someone who travels as much as me, having a place to work out is necessary to keep my sanity. Also the bathroom was ok but seems like it had seen better days and the door of my room made a lot of noise because of the wind (¿?) . The food at the restaurants is quite good. In general, if they invest some money in the gym, this hotel could be memorable.
