Sunset Resort

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The building is luxurious, spacious and spotless clean. Although the weather was a bit cold, the hotel made up for it as the facilities are great, lovely pools and spa centre. The food was tasty considering it was buffet style and drinks were decent. The hotel is so big it's like a little city with plenty of choice for food and drinks. The staff is polite and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely fabulous! Went about 6 months ago now and still love it till this day. Clean rooms, clean pools and clean facility’s around the area. Food was amazing loads of selection. Midnight snack bar was open too couldn’t recommend enough for a late night treat. Water park near by was amazing the hotel was that good we couldn’t even fit going into the water park that much over two weeks. Loved the entertainment lots to do around children, suitable for adults must admit but would recommend if you like a laugh, play and smile for the night. My children enjoyed watching and interacting with one another at the end show every night coming on the stage. Overall 10/10 couldn’t believe how stunning and amazing the location was either. Beach would not so recommend as there was no place to go for all inclusive members to stay we had to pay and the beach was not that good anyway with rocky and uncomfortable walking sand. Would definitely come again and recommend for all ages mainly with family’s.

I will definitely not come again and do not recommend it. This hotel has ugly furnished rooms with old broken furniture, uncomfortable beds. Our bathroom was leaking water from shower, making it all wet after showering. After flushing toilet the shower was making noises and stinking like pee. Wifi was working 50% of the time. The staff is incompetent and not very polite. The cleaning service is a joke. We even felt like somebody was smoking in our room (perhaps during cleaning). The animation team is poor. The programme is poorly stupid. The food was ok. The beach was mediocre, not especially cleaned. Even for bulgarian standards it is a absolutely inadequate.
