Hotel Via Serdika

Such a pleasant hotel with great staff and a good breakfast! It's a relatively new hotel located about 1-2km away from city centre but it has great communications with bus, trolley-bus and tram! Very pleasant stay.

Stayed there only for one night but what a nice surprise, a newly built hotel with a very well furnished and spacious rooms, I really liked some of small details put in the rooms aswell as the bathroom simply amazing. Staff is available 24/7 and therefore amazingly nice and approachable, whatever you need they are there to answer all of your questions. Not to forget they have their own parking garage underneath the hotel which is video surveilanced which makes you even more protected. Highly recommended and now I know when we are coming back to Sofia, we won't be searching further than this hotel. Thank you for everything.

really loved this place. From the free parking, to the recognition of our wedding anniversary, the place was really nice. The bathroom was super lovely. The beds were comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. There was free water in the room for the first night and a mini bar, and the TV with everything from Netflix to prime. The location was about a 20 minute walk from the majority of the main tourist attractions, But right outside is a bus stop and you take number 9 for two stops for. 0.80 lev A ride and that will get you in much quicker. There are a couple of daunting crossings if you wanted to walk into town but the traffic stops at crossings quite well and there’s a lidl really nearby if you wanted to pick anything up as there’s no breakfast at the moment. I really love the bathroom fittings, hence the picture of the tap!!!
