Grifid Arabella Hotel Ultra All inclusive & Aquapark

We felt great on vacation at the beginning of May. The rooms were large and renovated, was cleaned and the fridge was filled daily. Smiling people who want you to come back to them. The young people at the bar were super nice and smiling. The pool was clean and the weather was great for the beginning of May. For us it was very nice.. Don't look to the haters. They paid a certain price, they expeted more than the price they paid.

For unfussy people, it is a OK hotel. The rooms are big enough and clean. I didn't like the drinks (especially the wine) included and the fact that are not so many parking places.

⸻ My daughter (12 years old) and I arrived at your hotel on July 26th. The main reason we chose your hotel was because you confirmed that we would have access to the aquapark in grifid bolero *However, since the first day, we were told that the aquapark was out of order. *We specifically chose Grifid Arabella so that my daughter could have an enjoyable time, but we were not able to use the service we paid for. *The sunbeds by the pool are covered with towels very early in the morning, and the staff does not assist in finding available ones. *Every day we noticed that the coffee cups were not properly cleaned. *The food was the same every day. Hoping for a different experience, we made a reservation at the Italian restaurant, but the pizza was undercooked, and the other dishes were very basic. I recommend future guests to get clear confirmations in advance. I wish we could have left with better memories
