Bel Air Tremblant

We came here on a family vacation and really enjoyed it! The Meribel chalet is so spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen and dining table was perfect for family meals, and the beds were huge and so comfortable. They even had a crib for our baby to sleep comfortably. The outdoor space is great and the views from the patio and jacuzzi are stunning. Highly recommend a coffee on the patio as the sun comes up over the trees. The kids really loved the game room, and had a fantastic time on the sports courts. The staff was very friendly, Aron and Tania at reception were super helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to our next vacation at Bel-Air Tremblant.

We stayed at Bel Air Tremblant in July 2023 to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and it was such a special and memorable experience. I had planned the trip as a surprise, and everything from the location to the service made it truly unforgettable. The dome we stayed in was cozy, clean, and surrounded by nature perfect for a peaceful getaway. There’s no shortage of things to do at Bel Air from spring through fall—bike rentals, outdoor activities, and the barbecue setup made it even more enjoyable. It’s a great spot to unwind, explore, and just breathe in the outdoors. I’d especially like to acknowledge the front desk staff. When we checked in, I was trying to coordinate a surprise birthday cake and some decorations, and while there was a bit of a language barrier (I had some difficulty explaining everything in English), the front desk lady gave it her all—and she truly delivered. I’m incredibly grateful for the effort she put in. Not only did she help pull off the surprise beautifully, but she also remembered my mention of the birthday from when I first made the reservation—weeks earlier. I never had to repeat it or remind her at check-in, which helped me keep everything a secret until the perfect moment. She even left a thoughtful note and arranged everything so smoothly and discreetly. Despite the minor communication challenges, her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. She went out of her way to make the surprise a success, and for that, I’m so thankful. Bel Air Tremblant was the perfect place to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We unfortunately had a last minute change of rooms, but the resort was gracious enough to offer a rebate for the inconvenience. We had planned for a mezzanine dome, but ended up with a standard dome. We didn't like the layout as much, but same amenities. The room was large enough for a short stay. Very beautiful and romantic settings. With the sauna and jacuzzi. The mini kitchenette and outdoor bbq can be very useful for planning to stay in. The bed was comfy and cozy next to the fireplace with a great view on the forest and sky when laying down. I would say that the plastic smell inside the dome can potentially be problematic for some with odour sensitivity. Maybe then a glass dome would be more suitable. There were signs that the dome was starting to be a little outdated. Some of the finishes are worn down and visible traces of water infiltrations all inside the structure. Plus the shower grout need a real good scrub down to get rid of the mold (it's easy enough to remove some with just the fingers). Those are some minor details but, for being a luxury resort with matching price tag, definitely need love and attention.
