Wow, nice. The pool was above expectations and the breakfast buffet also exceeded expectations and the room also was nicer than we expected. The pillows and pull out couch were very comfortable. Overall excellent. Also nice beer and good food at the Burger Pub. 👍 Also perfect air conditioning with digital thermostat and washer and dryer in room.

We recently stayed at Hotel Espace 4 Saisons to celebrate our anniversary, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a bigger room with a stunning mountain view, which made our stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were super nice, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is so quiet and peaceful, it was perfect. There are so many great facilities to explore within the hotel, and the two beautiful restaurants on-site offer delicious meals. While the other dining options in the area are a bit far, the quality of the hotel and its offerings more than make up for it. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. It’s definitely worth every penny, and we can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience from the moment we arrived. After a long car trip with two tired kids, we walked in and instead of a simple “welcome,” the first thing the lady said was: “The room is not ready yet.” No hello, no smile, just cold and rude. I wasn’t even upset about the room not being ready as we were 20 minutes early 🤣 — but the attitude was unacceptable. I asked for some water for my child. There was a water tap but no cups. When I asked if I could get a cup, she snapped: “You need to bring your own one. It’s written there.” Seriously? Bring my own cup? For a child? What kind of customer service is this? Unhelpful, rude, and completely lacking any basic hospitality. Extremely disappointed to the point I left the hotel only after one night instead of 3. The stuff quality is the worse I have ever seen. The rooms are good overall. The location is good. Avoid the pool, it is not clean. The sofa of the playroom is not clean. I will never go back there!
