Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport West by IHG

Excellent nice and clean hotel. The location is very convenient at 401/Dixie. Many restaurants and stores close by. Ample free parking on site. The reception staff has a nice and friendly attitude. The Indian Sikh Guy with turban (sorry forgot to ask his name) has excellent, friendly, and nice attitude. We had a wonderful experience checking in and checking out with him. My big thanks to this staff member. My salute to you, my friend! The breakfast area is small and can not accommodate most of the guests. There was a big line for breakfast when we went over there. Also, there was no spot left to sit down for breakfast. I saw guests taking the breakfast, filled in the plates, to their rooms. Due to this congestion, we left without taking our breakfast. The breakfast area needs to be improved.

Stayed here at the last minute as I had to work at the airport for a few days. Front staff were excellent and friendly. Rooms are ok. They are well used and the carpet was pretty grungy. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the rest of the room was pretty clean except for the long black hair that was in the shower. The shower was good with excellent pressure and endless hot water. The place was a zoo downstairs and I wasn't able to get a seat for breakfast before leaving for work. Would I stay there again? Probably not as for the same price I could have stayed in an arguably better hotel? Maybe. Mississauga is a busy place and I think a lot of the hotels get pounded out and used up quickly m

My family (wife, 6 and 2 year old) and I currently sit awake at 1:30 am at this hotel as I write this review. We are to be up at 4:00 a.m., to catch our shuttle, however cannot sleep do the obnoxiously loud noise of flights landing at the airport all night. (Worse than sleeping in an apartment next to train tracks). Our room is on the bottom floor and it sounds like the windows are open and planes landing in the parking lot. I woke up and contacted the front desk in person to request any suggestions to at least allow our children to sleep. There was not alternative except to contact the manager at 8:00 a.m. with our concerns. I questioned why this noise is not advertised or discussed upon booking and received no answer. I was told that we could move rooms however the noise would only be worse (acknowledging the issue). Do not stay or pay for this hotel and chose another option instead. Very disappointed and scammed of our nights stay.
