Wish the rooms were not carpeted. Other than that, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Street noise can be a bit much sometimes but while it was noticeable, it did not bother us. Front desk staff are awesome. Kind, courteous, accommodating. Kudos to all of them. Parking is $20/day. I was led to believe it’s free at the time I booked it. Breakfast buffet area was very clean (until loads of people showed up) but even after it got busy, it was still well maintained. Food was alright - typical stuff. Overall I’d give this a 9/10 rating. Keep up the great work!

We are here for our daughter’s wedding. I have my 88 year old dad who has significant mobility issues and it was important to ensure he was in a comfortable and safe room where his caregiver could also have her own space. I called and spoke with Bianca several weeks prior and she went above and beyond to ensure we would be able to choose the perfect rooms for our stay. We are absolutely thrilled with the location, the room, the service and the super clean rooms with accessible features required. Having access to self serve laundry on site and a super market and restaurants all within a short walking distance is so helpful. The parking is gated and underground. We have a large pick up truck and we were still able to park with ease. The best part of our experience by far was dealing with Bianca who understood all of our needs and concerns and helped us with our booking!! Much appreciated!!!!

We had an overnight stay at this hotel. Since we were continuing on with our road trip we were looking for a place where we could have a good sized room, facilities to store and prepare food and also charge our EV. This hotel was perfect and better than staying in downtown Montreal with the traffic and chaos. The room was modern and tastefully decorated and there was ample space in the room with a nice view of the city. It was equipped with dishes, cutlery and the basic cooking essentials. We had extra time to go to the pool and the fitness centre. The indoor pool was heated and approximately 4ft deep so kids were able to have fun. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was a nice assortment so everyone in the family was satisfied. The staff there was quite nice. It was busy that morning and clean cutlery was running out often but the staff tried their best to handle the lines and these minor issues. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a quick trip or even a stay for a few days. It's also great for young families.
