5 Stars – A Truly Magical Afternoon Tea Experience!
Windsor Arms is the perfect spot for Mother’s Day or even a baby shower. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The homemade strawberry jam tasted like the berries were freshly picked from the garden — absolutely divine! The scones were buttery and warm, and the chocolate cake was rich and decadent. I have dietary restrictions, but that didn’t stop the team from creating a completely customized selection of sandwiches just for me — such a thoughtful touch. My favorite teas were the chocolate blend and the earl grey with rose accents — so unique and fragrant. The service was phenomenal — attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly special

I went for afternoon tea. I did not stay at the hotel. The server was great. We enjoyed our tea and sandwiches and cakes etc. The only problem we had was that the second pot of tea was warm. We would have preferred it a bit hotter. We will definitely return. The entire experience was awesome.

We were at your hotel today for afternoon tea and I want to express what a wonderful time we had. First of all, thank you for offering a fully vegan afternoon tea menu. This is the reason we chose your hotel for this occasion. Second, our server was Rosina and she deserves a raise because the service was above and beyond. Our almost three year old was with us and received fine china for her tea just like every other guest. Rosina didn't hesitate or act concerned that such a small child might break it. That meant a lot to us. Also, what a beautiful tea room! Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
