Great location and nice large rooms. My bed was perfect for getting to sleep. I liked the desk and room safe, refrigerator and microwave. Very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was great with order eggs your way. I never had gooseberries before.
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel with my newborn daughter. The staff attention to customers is second to none, location is really prime and views over beautiful Virrey Park and the mountains are so special. Rooms are spacious and full of light and the balcony and window from the shower are nice extras. I highly recommend this place!
The front desk staff member, Henry, refused to let us into our room without providing a reason. He escalated the situation by calling the police, which created unnecessary chaos.
