This is a great find. Warm friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable room with good air conditioning. Lovely rooftop pool and first floor pool as well. Great location within walking distance to all parts of the walled city, good restaurants and sites. Staff helped us arrange a great trip to the national Aviary (highly recommend). Would come back to this location in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed my five night stay. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was large as well with a great shower. The air conditioning was very cold which was great to come back to after being out in the heat. The breakfast, included in my rate, was a big spread of bread, meats, cheese, fruit, granola, and hot items like sausage. Made to order eggs were also available. The coffee, not surprisingly in Colombia, was fantastic. The hotel is located in the Walled City area but it's a little away from the loudest noise and activity...but all that is just a 1-2 min walk. But the most important aspect was the staff. They're warm, helpful, and friendly! Highly recommend the hotel.

Great location right in the old walled city! Rooms were surprisingly quiet as ours was on the second floor in the back after walking through the courtyard. The bathroom was outdoors which was interesting! The shower completely open to the sky, but was good sized and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. We only stayed one night before a very early flight home, but I wish we had stayed here for longer and would definitely stay again if we come back to Cartagena!
