This hotel was an oasis and a breath of fresh air from the first moment we walked in. The welcome drinks and towels are something I have never experienced before. We stayed for four nights and were extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, building is gorgeous, and staff is extremely kind and helpful. Dillon went above and beyond to help us on multiple occasions!

Amazing and beautiful hotel. Like a luxurious Caribean dream. Room was very clean and has an atmospheric design. The rooftop has an amazing view and the swimmingpool downstairs is very comfortable. The location is great. Located in a quiet street, but close to everything you want to see in Cartagena. We had an amazing time and felt so relaxed an rested during our stay. Personel is very friendly, helpful and speaks english.

First time in Colombia and I was super happy with everything. Kevin the receptionist manager was great. John was super helpful as well at my arrival. The bartender and waitress were attentive. Minor adjustments to the room (super minor), but other than that, I would recommend. Location of hotel is excellent because everything was walking distance. Architecture? Beautiful as well. Overall 10/10 experience!
