Just got back from a 4 night stay in this hotel with my husband, booked by my son as a Christmas present. We had a very good stay here. All the staff we met, the lady at breakfast and the lady who cleaned the rooms were very friendly and the two ladies that covered the reception were super friendly and helpful. We thought breakfasts were good, even had a cheeky bucks fizz. So close to the main square and Charles bridge but also a good location if you want to explore off the beaten track. Just remember this hotel is the narrowest building in Prague with a lot of history, small but perfectly formed. Would stay here again

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Prague. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When we arrived, the receptionist rushed out to greet us and was very accomodating- she even let us check in a little early which was much appreciated after our flight. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of good things to eat and lots of coffee. The location is great for getting around to all the sights. The only downside was that the shower would be challenging to get into if you had mobility issues as it is a bit of a step up and down. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is great, very central. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are adequate. The shower is not very accessible - getting in is a challenge if you're not rather flexible and balanced, and would be unsafe for older guests. That's my only complaint!
