Lindner Hotel Prague Castle part of JdV by Hyatt

This hotel was a fantastic find! Very clean, in a great location close to everything, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It had all the amenities we needed, and for the price, it’s easily the best affordable hotel we’ve stayed at. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was beautiful — the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It’s located about a 12-minute walk from Prague Castle, which is super convenient, though it’s a bit far from the bustling city center. But no worries: there’s a tram stop just 100 meters away, making it easy to get around. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful, far from the city noise — perfect if you’re looking to relax after a day of exploring. One of my favorite hidden gems: right behind the hotel there’s a stunning viewpoint overlooking Prague — ask the reception about it and make sure to catch the sunset there. Truly magical! Breakfast was average, nothing too special. And keep in mind: you’ll need to carry your own luggage to and from your room, as there’s no porter service. Overall, I’d still recommend it for a calm and charming stay near the castle! 🌅✨

Good hotel…very good location. Reviewed Jan 2, 2024 via mobile Good hotel with good location. FDA and restaurant staff spoke English. We made it to Prague early and the hotel had our room ready. We were happy to receive a small upgraded room. Daily breakfast was included with our very fair room rate. Breakfast was busy and generally tasty. As often the case in Europe, the eggs could have been prepared better. Choices of fruits, cold cuts, sausages, juices and self serve cappuccino machine. Prices for lunch and dinner were a bit high but we are the Bolognese one night…it was tasty. A good mid-tier hotel with a very good location in Prague…we recommend this hotel.
