Glorious Hotel

Was a great experience kind people, great atmosphere, clean room and overall nice stay. I wish somone could tell me the name of the song playing in the elevator. If you know please comment it.😂it was my highlight

I was taking a connecting flight and got assigned to this hotel. The whole experience is a disaster, you can stay away and wont regret. Room - very dated, not clean. Feels like the room wasn't maintained for decades. The showroom is so small that i cannot raise my arms straight. I cannot bend over to wash my foot. I am 6ft, 190lbs, not NBA level body lol Service/Food - food was not worth eating at all for both breakfast and lunch. One plate for a person, eat it or starve. No other choices. I was told to go to restraunt A, was refused to enter, and then told to go to restraunt B, got told they dont have my room num. After few rounds of talking between the staff, one guy said I could eat then said eat for 5 mins then leave. I was out of anger and decided not to waste my time, then find a nice local place outside of the hotel. To the management - plz get your crap together and treat your guests like humans, even the guest might be assigned by the airport.

Hotel is misleading, booked a hotel with a pool for the last day in Cairo specifically, as described, but their pool is a public pool/ swim club. Couldn’t even use it. Breakfast wasn’t worth eating. The guy at the gym tried to charge us to be there, we needed to get a hotel staff member to talk to him. Was uncomfortable being in the gym after the staff member’s scam failed, so ended up leaving. Rooms were fine, but all in all don’t recommended staying here.
