Radisson Blu Hotel Cairo Heliopolis

I had a truly wonderful stay at Radisson on our 3rd visit. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. The rooms were immaculate and the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. I’d especially like to thank Mrs Dina from the guest relations team. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Her friendly attitude, genuine care, and prompt assistance made me and my family feel truly valued as a guest, she is a real asset to the hotel. Definitely will come back :)

An Extraordinary Stay – All Thanks to Merna and the Wonderful Team! Our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in cleanliness and decor did not go unnoticed. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a delicious variety of fresh options to choose from. The quality and presentation were top-notch, and the dining area had a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. A special thank you to Merna, whose kindness and dedication truly elevated our stay. She was always available with a warm smile and helpful advice, making sure everything was seamless and enjoyable. Her hospitality made us feel truly valued and cared for.

I would say the bathroom is not stocked with items that you will need so bring your own or you may need to ask them. The fan setting didn’t have much options and it was very loud all night even the lowest setting. However for a quick one night sleep to catch your international flight this place is great for what you need.
