JAZ Dahabeya

We recently stayed at Jazz Dahabeya with our family, including our little ones, and it was truly one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The staff at Jazz Dahabeya are incredibly polite, kind, and always ready to help—nothing was ever too much trouble. Traveling with babies can be a challenge, but the team here made everything so smooth and stress-free. They were attentive to our needs, offered help without us even having to ask, and made sure we had everything to keep the kids comfortable and happy. The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely comfortable—clean, cozy rooms with a calm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The common areas are peaceful and well-maintained, and we loved how relaxing the whole environment was, especially after busy days exploring. What stood out the most was the genuine care the staff showed—not just professionally, but on a personal level too. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so heartfelt. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with exceptional service, Jazz Dahabeya is a fantastic choice. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Both me and my husband booked our holiday stay at the hotel for the second time. From day one, the receptionist was most welcoming and the management ensured we had the best room available to meet our needs. The hotel and room was clean and immaculate. The hotel staff and waiting staff namely Ayman, Islam and Quadi were exceptionally good, smiling and courteous at all times. They knew exactly how to serve us and make me feel so comfortable during our entire stay. These staff members went over and above to meet our expectations. The housekeeping staff, the swimming pool staff, and staff at the beach bar were also amazing Credit to the management team for training and hiring such an amazing team to look after visiting guests and residents. Great taste of the food, friendly staff & wonderful view with the sandy beach. The only comment is that when you reserve a half-board, you are not allowed to have soft drinks in breakfast or dinner (only the served water and coffee in the room). Which is not the common practice or even clear in the website reservation's details.
