Mercure Tallinn

We stayed at this hotel as we had a very early morning flight out of Tallinn. The employee who checked us in answered all our questions and was helpful. When my husband asked, given the hotel was very close to the airport, how many flights would arrive or depart overnight the attendant was able to give us that information. She upgraded us to another room. Although she didn't say so, it was at the front of the hotel, away from the airport, so I suspect it was due to my husband's noise concern. We did not have any issue with plane noise during out stay. The employee was also helpful in understanding how to walk to the airport (a 10 minute walk), and what time to leave in the morning to catch our flight (as we didn't know how busy the airport would be). The hotel itself was clean, as was our room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was located about a 25-minute bus ride from the Tallinn old town. It was right across from a shopping mall. We only stayed the one night due to an early flight, but I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

I had an amazing welcome by a smiling receptionist with beautiful curls! She was able to offer me an early complimentary check in because I joined the All Accor loyalty program. Room was super clean, perfect temperature on a really hot summer day, beds are comfy and bedding is good! Rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was really good with wide variety and something for everyone. I have to say … service level was very good! Received a smile from pretty much every staff member! Also at the breakfast! :) Loved my stay and will be staying again! Thank you for having me!

Poor service experience: 1) At arrival I was told welcome drink is not available 2) There were no slippers in my room, I called to reception and got reply, that they are present only at reception. But nobody informed me and offered them during check in. 3) During check in I asked for a wake up call and it never happened
