Best Western M Treize Paris Asnieres

I have no complaints about this hotel - it was a wonderful stay. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and clean. We came back to a spotless, tidy room every night. Our room had a distant view of the Eiffel Tower which was an added bonus. The hotel is very accessible to the metro line and public transport and there’s a nice bakery and grocery store nearby - great area. I would stay here again!

Those who have something bad to say about this hotel are either lying or haven't been to other hotels of this type. The rooms are very spacious and not small like at ibis for example. The food is very diverse and very good. The staff is ready to help you in any situation! If I had to say something bad, it would be that there is no fridge in the room, but that's the policy everywhere now... however, the ladies at the reception put my food or drink in the fridge at the bar! Another thing I didn't like was the parking. The parking is in a neighboring block, and to get in you have to ring a bell. After the doors open they have to find your car on the level where you left it. I went down one floor below, and because I didn't have the room card anymore I couldn't use the elevator, and I went up three floors with all my luggage! 😂 Maybe it would be better if the elevators worked without a card! Horrible experience. The hotel is infested with rats / mouse. The rats / mouse urine smells in the rooms and passage. The washroom water does not drain quickly, so you have to take bath with break, or bath in a puddle. The AC water leaks in the rooms, making constant drip noise in the night. The location is good as it's next to metro station, but Paris has world's best Metro network, so i am sure you will find better hotel near any other metro station.
