My family was traveling together and chose the Hotel & Spa Saint Jacques. Together, we had a five rooms and found the hotel to be comfortable and charming. I shared a room with my aunt and it was very comfortable and even included a bathtub and a spacious and well appointed bathroom. We also had a beautiful wall/ceiling mural that I just had to mention. I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures but you won’t regret staying at this cute boutique hotel in the Latin Quarter. One special thank you to Doa. I personally worked with Doa many times and found her to be gracious and helpful. She answered so many questions for us as well as helping arrange restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and just good advice about planning. She was so great and we really appreciated the extra effort and care.

Such a fantastic hotel. My wife and I traveled here for our honeymoon and fell in love with the place. The building is perfect mix of old infrastructure with new amenities - and has hundreds of quality restaurants (and Notre Dame!) in walking distance. The staff was lovely and always quick to satisfy any request we had during our visit. We will be back!

I stayed here for two nights and my immediate thought upon entering was, “this is a four star hotel?” The woman at the front desk was just awful. Not at all welcoming or warm, which is what you expect after a long day of travel. I asked her how she was and that was a mistake bc she went on about how awful her day had been. 😒 She also had an incident where she accidentally tripped and fell on some water near the bar (which I felt badly for her), but then stood up screaming and ran out of the hotel crying. I’m not actually sure where she went. The room was very tiny, which is kind of expected. But on the positive side it was very cool, which was a treat bc it was the hottest Paris had seen yet this summer. It’s desperately in need of an update. Also, no closet space, just fyi, at least in my room.
