I’m writing about the my experience in their restaurant, We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and had a wonderful time. I made the reservation through TheFork app. Although we arrived late due to traffic, the staff welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. I’d definitely go back to enjoy the same great experience again!
I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Vernet in Paris for my birthday, and I can’t express enough how beautifully the team made my special day. From the moment I arrived, every single staff member showed such kindness, warmth, and care — their attentiveness and positive attitude truly made me feel at home. The hotel had been recommended to me by one of my siblings, and I’m incredibly glad I chose to follow their advice. Not only was my stay perfect, but the staff went above and beyond in the most thoughtful way. They surprised me with a lovely birthday arrangement in my room and even brought me a delicious birthday cake the following day. It was such a sweet and unforgettable gesture that deeply touched me. Hotel Vernet didn’t just meet my expectations — it made my birthday in Paris feel magical. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting the city. I will absolutely return to Hotel Vernet the next time I’m in Paris. Thank you once again to the entire team for making my celebration so memorable. You truly made me feel special.
I want to share a serious warning for anyone considering this hotel. Recently, a guest had expensive jewelry stolen from their room in broad daylight — this happened in a 5‑star Paris hotel with full staff and supposed security measures. Shockingly, the hotel staff did nothing in response: no investigation, zero follow-up. In a top-tier hotel like this (in Paris, no less), there should be constant surveillance and immediate action — checking CCTV, contacting the guest, notifying the police. Instead, the reaction was a deafening silence. If you’re planning to stay here, think twice before bringing valuables. The staff’s lack of accountability is unacceptable. The hotel must step up their security protocols and start treating guests and their belongings with the seriousness they deserve.
