Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

We didn't need to go outside to reach the hotel from the CDGval. This was our first time staying at this property as our "usual airport hotel" was fully booked. We were very pleased with our stay here. The receptionist checking us in was very polite, friendly and helpful. I specifically asked her if the air conditioner in our room worked and she said if it didn't to let her know. We took our luggage to the room and sure enough, the air conditioner was NOT working. I returned to the desk and the same lady immediately called a technician who was at our door in less than 10 minutes. His name was Charles and he was the technical director. He worked on the unit for about 5 minutes and it was instantly cool! The room was very nice, with two lounge chairs and a table to sit at. The bathroom was separate and the shower very nice. Dinner in the restaurant, with a reservation, and breakfast the next morning were great. This will now be our preferred hotel when traveling in our out of CDG. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Perfect hotel for a stay close to the airport. We had a long hour connection and pick the Novotel to stay overnight. Easy and fast process of check in and out. There’s the CDG Val, a free public Train that is close and gets you to all the terminals. Terminal 3 is walking distance, around a 10 minute walk. Bedrooms are tidy, spacious and bright. We practically didn’t hear the Sound of planes. We had a perfect sleep. There’s a complementary coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom is complete, hairdryer included. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety of pastries, eggs, juices and yogurts. There’re games for children and a scale for weighing the luggage. 100/% recommended!

Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, efficient and lots of space for luggage. Location is excellent for anyone using Terminal 3, leasing EurocarTT or wanting a train into the city. Dining menu choices and appeal have gone downhill for several years and have hit the point where we will no longer be ordering their dinners. Breakfast purchase plan is good and at least on par with what most North American budget hotels offer.
