Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte

Great location for the airport. We stayed in a family room (2 adults, 2 children) the room was big, plenty of space, we loved the divider for the two parts of the room. The staff were all fantastic, particularly Gui who was so helpful. Gui informed us about the arcade games & table football which we enjoyed when we had a drink at the bar. We had breakfast here too which was great, lots of choice & variety. A big thanks to Gui for making our stay wonderful, we would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to others too, it was great value & exceptional service.

We had one day to spare in Paris before our flight, and since we’d already explored the city in the days prior, we chose to stay close to the airport. If only this hotel were located in the city center—we would have gladly stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed: the room was spotlessly clean and visually inviting. As we were simply looking to rest and recharge before flying out, this stay was exactly what we needed. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.

We did not have a good experience at the hotel. First the staff was very rude. They kept us waiting for checkin. They messaged us earlier that they have shuttle service from the airport. However when I called them for the shuttle, they mentioned they don't provide service before evening/afternoon and it was difficult to get to the hotel. Later when we took the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, the staff was very rude and kept us waiting for the ride. Second the room and washroom was very small and congested. The room was not cooling properly.
