Hotel Kastanienhof

While I didn’t stay at this hotel, I had a truly wonderful experience with their front desk staff that deserves recognition. I'm an American and had just arrived in Erding after a long, delayed train ride—only to realize I didn’t have the right adapter for my breast pump. With most stores already closed, I was desperate and began visiting nearby hotels to see if anyone could help. When I walked into this hotel, the front desk attendant was incredibly kind, calm, and prepared. He had a full set of adapters on hand and, after I explained that this wasn’t just about charging a phone but about feeding my baby, he quickly found one that worked. I offered to pay, but he gently refused and simply handed it over, no questions asked. His compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation feel manageable. I can’t speak for the rooms, but if this level of care is any indication of how they treat their guests, I’d absolutely stay here in the future. Thank you again to the wonderful staff!

Really nice hotel , clean and lovely rooms , breakfast was excellent lots of choice , near to the town centre and the train station

Great hotel opposite Erding station.we used it as a base while visiting erding therme. Lovely and quiet,comfy beds, and helpful staff. All in all a nice little place. A few minute stroll into town for dinner as well.
